Please read carefully.
You must hold a current provi
sional
licence and produce it on your first lesson. All lessons are for a full
hour and will start and finish at the same location unless agreed in advance
with your instructor. All payments to your instructor must be made at the
beginning of each lesson. Block discounted lessons must be paid for in full
on the first lesson. Cheques not honoured by your bank will result in an
administration charge of £30.00.
Vouchers & Special Offers
On occassion we offer discounts and special offers. Please note
any Vouchers or Offers must be used within 6 months of issue date.
Cancellations
Cancellations must be made at least 48hours before the lesson to
the Instructor or the lesson fee will be charged. Your instructor may cancel
a lesson where inclement weather makes driving lessons dangerous. We cannot
be held responsible for postponements of lessons due to mechanical breakdown
or illness of the Instructor, nor for driving tests postponed by the Driving
Standards Agency.
Block Bookings / Intensive courses
Block booking and Intensive courses must be paid for in advance to receive
any discount. If a pupil cancels a Block booking or Intensive course through
their own decision, then NO REFUND is given from 1st Choice Driving School
or the driving instructor.
The Driving Instructor
The Driving Instructor is a self-employed independent
driving instructor. All lessons booked direct with him and introduced through
1st Choice Driving School constitute an agreement between himself (The Instructor)
and the pupil.
